Pierre is a highly experienced, dual-qualified, accredited and internationally respected dispute resolution practitioner. He has served on the Management Committees of the South African Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) as well as the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), and the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
His extensive expertise includes dealing with complex, high-value commercial disputes across a range of industries including banking, property, technology and innovation, company and shareholder disputes, and contentious regulatory. Pierre has a particular interest in international arbitration and the growing field of Technology Law. He is regularly ranked as a leading lawyer in the practice area of dispute resolution.
