  • Acted for Impala Platinum Holdings in financing its public acquisition of all of the shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum.
  • Acting for Southern Point Resources in their provision of production, working capital and equity funding into Bushveld Minerals and its group companies.
  • Advised Aveng and its subsidiaries in relation to the refinancing and restructuring of its various credit facilities.
  • Advised Impala Platinum Holdings in relation to the renegotiation of the group’s USD and ZAR facilities, hedging facilities and general banking lines.
  • Advised Impala Platinum Holdings on vendor financing a series of agreements to implement a meaningful broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) transaction at both its Impala Rustenburg and Impala Bafokeng assets.
  • Advised Suez, Royal Bafokeng Holdings and AIMM in relation to their revolving and working capital facilities relating to the acquisition of the EnviroServ Group.
